We are committed to skincare excellence. If you experience a problem with purchase you may return it within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com or call 918-852-4646. Mather Cosmetic Studio will process your return and apply a refund to the credit card used to purchase the item. To ensure receipt of the product we recommend tracking shipment.
We know from time to time you might not be happy with a product you’ve purchased from our store. We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided products are unopened and in perfect condition. We will issue a refund within 30 days of purchase. We do not refund postage on unwanted items.
Incorrect Item Received?
Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect item. We do our very best when it comes to packaging your order, however, mistakes may occur from time to time. We will work with you to resolve the problem with speed, and minimal inconvenience. Email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number to get the ball rolling.
Defective Item Received?
If you received a defective product, we do require that you send it back to us. We will reimburse you for any shipping expenses you incur to do this.
